The room was super clean and had a modern touch. We just hung out on the balcony all day - it was so cozy. Being close to everything made it really convenient and the location was just perfect. 🌟

The queen room overlooks the marsh. The room includes a microwave, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge. The location is superbly close to the Creek, restaurants, and one shopping outlet. Shem Creek Inn is exceptionally nice and unbeatable.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting restaurants and bars nearby. The room had an excellent view, a comfortable king-size bed, and a balcony. The team provided friendly service.

We loved the view from our balcony and the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in our room. The location was perfect, as we had access to stores, restaurants, and the lovely Shem Creek. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, especially in accommodating my mobility needs as a handicapped individual. Additionally, the food and drinks at the bar were awesome. We look forward to returning for another memorable stay.

Beautiful location. We really enjoyed the balcony. This was our second time to stay at Shem Creek Inn, and we will be happy to stay there again in the future.

Breakfast choices were very limited.

This was our second stay at Shem Creek. He lives West of the Ashley and I live in Miami, it is a quick get away when I am in town visiting him for a long weekend. There are so many good resturants to enjoy. Also we usually meet a lot of nice people. The breakfast is a nice added feature.

We stayed at a hotel with a great location. It was conveniently located right across the creek from popular restaurants and bars, making it easy to find places to eat and have fun. The room we stayed in was basic but functional, with comfortable beds. The bathroom had some issues, like an empty bath gel dispenser, but the staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. The breakfast area was well-maintained, and the staff handled unpleasant comments from guests with grace. the location and service were the main highlights of our stay.

There were some noise issues due to the proximity to the bars, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shem Creek and would stay again. All areas were top.

Nice and perfect location down hill fast was a plus. Moreover, it was close enough to Charleston and Downtown Mt, multiple great restaurants and the Shem Creek Inn. The room was updated and spotless with smoke detectors for my safety.

We had a wonderful stay at Shem Creek Inn. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the beach and downtown Charleston. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-managed. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the balcony provided a great spot to relax and be entertained at night. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel was not noisy at all. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely and fun experience.

Everything! Our room overlooking the creek had a great view. It was spacious, and the bed was very comfortabloe. The proximity to restaurants, especially the Boulevard Diner, was helpful.

The airconditioning unit really detracted from the enjoyment of the balcony.
